Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the Forssa application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Forssa is a strength training app that generates personalized training programs, tracks your workouts, and analyzes your progress. The App offers free features and premium features available through subscription.

Forssa Pro is a premium subscription that unlocks additional features. Subscriptions are available in monthly and annual plans.

Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Billing: Payment is processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), depending on where you downloaded the App. Charges are billed through your Apple ID or Google Play account.

Free trial: If offered, the free trial provides access to premium features at no charge. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will be charged automatically.

Price changes: Subscription prices may change. You will be notified in advance of any price changes and will have the option to cancel before the new price takes effect.

How to cancel: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will continue to have access to premium features until that date.

Refunds: Refunds are managed by Apple or Google according to their respective policies. Forssa does not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds. To request a refund:

• Apple: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com

• Google: Visit support.google.com/googleplay

To manage, cancel, or change your subscription:

• iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Forssa Pro

• Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Forssa Pro

By using the App, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating your profile

• Not use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes

• Not attempt to access other users' data

• Not interfere with the operation of the App or its servers

• Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

Forssa provides evidence-based training programs and recommendations, but it is not a substitute for medical advice or guidance from a qualified fitness professional. Consult a physician before starting any exercise program, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions.

Your use of the App and performance of exercises is at your own risk. Forssa is not responsible for injuries resulting from use of the App.

All content in the App — including text, graphics, logos, icons, program generation algorithms, and design — is the property of Forssa and protected by copyright laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use of the App.

We strive to keep the App available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control.

You may delete your account at any time from the App settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the user's domicile.
